What services are included in each plan?
Each plan—Reset, Ignite, and Thrive—offers a tailored set of services to match your lifestyle needs. Reset focuses on essential cleaning tasks, Ignite adds services like laundry and errands, and Thrive provides comprehensive home management, including meal prep and priority scheduling.
Why do I need a deep clean before starting weekly service?
To maintain high standards all year, we begin every membership with a one-time deep clean. This isn’t just a regular clean—it’s a detailed reset using specific products and techniques, like dismantling parts of the fridge, washing inside cabinets, and scrubbing windows or ovens. This service is essential to bring your home to our quality standards before we begin weekly upkeep. It’s the foundation that makes our high-quality, consistent service possible.
How long do I have to decide on a weekly plan after the deep clean?
After your deep cleaning is completed, you’ll have up to 14 days to decide if you’d like to enroll in one of our weekly service plans. While there’s no pressure to commit right away, we do recommend starting your weekly service within one week of the deep clean. This helps your Homemaker maintain the high standards established during the initial visit, ensuring your home stays consistently clean and cared for.
How long is each visit?
All visits begin on time — mornings at 8am and afternoons at 1pm The length depends on your home size. On average, sessions range from three to five hours. Your Homemaker stays for as long as it takes to get things done right within that window.
Do I need to be home during the service?
Not at all. Many of our members prefer to schedule services during their absence. We ensure secure access arrangements and maintain open communication throughout.
Are your Homemakers trained and insured?
Absolutely. Our Homemakers undergo rigorous training, background checks, and are fully insured to provide you with peace of mind and top-quality service.
What if I have pets at home?
We love pets! Our Homemakers are trained to work comfortably around animals. Please inform us about your pets during the onboarding process so we can make appropriate arrangements.
What cleaning products do you use?
We prioritize eco-friendly and non-toxic cleaning products to ensure a safe environment for you and your family. If you have specific product preferences or sensitivities, let us know, and we'll accommodate your needs.
