  • The membership fee covers your initial deep cleaning, not just the access to our signature monthly plans. This service is essential to bring your home to our quality standards before we begin weekly upkeep. Once that’s done, your assigned Homemaker will maintain that level of cleanliness all year long. It’s the foundation that makes our high-quality, consistent service possible.

  • All visits begin on time — mornings at 8am and afternoons at 1pm The length depends on your home size. On average, sessions range from three to five hours. Your Homemaker stays for as long as it takes to get things done right within that window.

  • Not at all. Many of our members prefer to schedule services during their absence. We ensure secure access arrangements and maintain open communication throughout.

  • We prioritize eco-friendly and non-toxic cleaning products to ensure a safe environment for you and your family. If you have specific product preferences or sensitivities, let us know, and we'll accommodate your needs.
